residential living

You will live in a newly renovated living-learning center on the Kripalu campus, a five-minute walk from the Kripalu main building. The living-learning center, called Hill House, is beautifully situated in the woods, overlooking the Berkshire hills and Lake Mahkeenac. In Hill House, you will find dormitory rooms, which students share with one or two roommates; a yoga room; a classroom; a computer/workroom; the Semester Intensive administrative offices; and laundry facilities. The building is equipped with wireless Internet access. Drugs and alcohol are prohibited throughout the entire Kripalu campus, including Hill House.

Residential staff members, who teach in the program and coordinate community activities, live at Hill House and are available for emergencies as well as for ongoing student support.

During free time when you’re not exploring the Berkshires, you can utilize Kripalu’s main guest facility, including the whirlpools and saunas, Fitness Room, Kripalu Retreat and Renewal workshops, and daily yoga and DansKinetics® movement classes.
