Program Details

This amazing therapy for recovery from chronic pain is very gentle and easy to learn and works when many other approaches fail. The results are immediate and often permanent, bringing effective relief to a wide variety of physical ailments caused by injury, stress, repetitive motion, postural distortion, and chronic neuromuscular conditions.

Gifted Kripalu Healing Arts therapist Lee Albert teaches this experiential program in positional therapy. Lee’s teaching expertise and unique approach make this an engaging and enjoyable training as you learn a combination of strain-counterstrain and muscle energy techniques, stretches, and home-care elements to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns.

Under Lee’s guidance, you will learn by listening, watching, and doing and

  • Discover the causes of pain and how to disable chronic pain mechanisms
  • Learn to search for and recognize trigger points
  • Start addressing specific conditions and injuries.

A wide range of professionals, including medical doctors, massage therapists, and yoga teachers as well as interested individuals, have benefited from this training. Expect to be surprised, have fun, and bring home an invaluable new toolbox for pain relief.

Note Wear loose, comfortable clothing. This program includes one evening session. Tuition includes a training manual. This program is not for those in acute pain.
