Deep Muscle Massage
This full body treatment is designed to stimulate and invigorate your muscles using all over firm pressure. Kripalu Pregnancy Massage
Available at any stage of pregnancy, this full-body massage uses specific techniques for the mom-to-be. Safe and nurturing, it is designed to stimulate circulation, alleviate tired muscles, and reduce water retention. Kripalu Reflexology
Reflexology is the ancient art of clearing the body through the soles of the feet. This treatment, ideal for increasing circulation and restoring blocked energy paths, starts with a warm foot compress followed by a head massage and then focused work on the feet, leaving you balanced throughout your whole body. Please wear loose-fitting clothes. 50 minutes: $80; 80 minutes: $135
Kripalu Restorative Massage
Using a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, this soothing full-body restorative massage that enhances the integration of body, mind, and spirit. Guided breath awareness and a meditative focus on physical sensation stimulate energy to flow throughout the body and release. Using a variety of Swedish massage techniques, our therapists will adapt their style to give you the massage you desire.50 minutes: $75; 80 minutes: $125
Positional Therapy
A gentle, effective therapy for the treatment of chronic and acute muscular pain and for increasing range of motion, this treatment includes careful observation and evaluation of posture followed by placing the affected muscles in a position of comfort for 90 seconds. When the pain vanishes from the tender point, the stressed tissues are felt to be at their most relaxed. Positional Release Therapy achieves its benefits by means of an automatic resetting of muscle spindles. Relief is immediate and long lasting. These techniques are very effective in the treatment of pain due to injury, stress, repetitive strain, postural distortion, and chronic neuromuscular conditions. When you are at Kripalu Center you may schedule a service at the Healing Arts Desk from 8:00 am–8:00 pm daily.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or change your appointment time up to 24 hours in advance of your service. For same day changes or cancellations you will be charged a 50% forfeiture fee.
